backyard beauty.
/I wrote this on Facebook this evening:
"It's 71º, a small family of deer just came prancing into the yard, Loulou is sitting on the porch with me at my feet and a hummingbird is buzzing among the leaves of a bright red maple tree. Really can't be sad that I'm done with my trip when this is what I get to come home to."
As I sat there observing this scene, it dawned on me that my camera was mere steps away in the house, so I grabbed it and took a few shots to capture the scene (and practice being more diligent about always shooting).
