This was taken August 23, 2008 at the Jefferson County Fair just outside of Shepherdstown. Joel and Ashley are the lovely subjects (along with the corndog vendor) and it's one of my favorite images from the night. I usually don't edit my photos as extreme as this one, but it seemed so fitting for this image. The original color version was far too distracting.
This was taken looking down one of my favorite side streets in Philadelphia. I love the texture of the road and the lamp posts and the two blue doors at the end of the street.
This is a photo I took in Philadelphia on December 1, 2008. I walk by this door every day to work and I just love it...especially the texture of the bright turquoise door and how the sky reflects in the window.
